This workshop will introduce the basic concepts and ideas of Tai Chi Chuan in relation to relaxation and balance

Workshop aims

By the end of the workshop members will:

-        have a basic understanding of Tai Chi Chuan,

-        have learnt some basic movements to continue their practice and development,

-        have learnt some exercises to aid relaxation.
